VOLUNTEER SERVICES: The Volunteer agrees to provide paid and unpaid voluntary services to "Now Know Thyself" as described and agreed upon between the Parties. The nature of the volunteer services will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may include, but not limited to, event support, administrative tasks, outreach activities, online marketing, etc. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

VOLUNTEER'S COMMITTMENT: The Volunteer agrees to perform paid or unpaid the volunteer services with due care, skill, and professionalism. The Volunteer understands and agrees that they are not an employee of "Now Know Thyself" or its affiliates and will not be entitled to any compensation, benefits, or privileges accorded to employees. Compensation for Volunteer services where applicable are private nontaxable “donations” and not compensation. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

SUPERVISION: The Volunteer should report to the Organization's representative that sponsors you as as a volunteer, as needed and in accordance with the services provided for instruction and guidance accordingly. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

SUPPLIES PROVIDED BY ORGANIZATION: Where applicable, supplies may be provided that will aid the Volunteer in the performance of his or her assigned duties. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

EMPLOYMENT: The Volunteer understands they are under no terms considered an employee of the Organization. The Volunteer will receive no employee benefits including disability, pay, workman comp, or severance pay. Furthermore, the Organization acknowledges the Volunteer is not an employee and may provide services at free will. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW
WAGES: The volunteer understands the services provided will be a donation and under no circumstances will expect wages, salary, or benefits from the organization for the services provided within this volunteer agreement. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

VOLUNTEER COMPENSATED FROM DONATIONS: The Volunteer agrees to be compensated by way of donations received by NKT from donor support in accordance to the specific duties and performance applicable to the Volunteer's assignment. The Volunteer Donation Schedule shall be provided in accordance with applicable paid services. Please see Addendum A for current volunteer compensation schedule. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

CONFIDENTIALITY: The Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information, including but not limited to, organizational plans, strategies, donor information, and internal communications, obtained during the volunteer period and thereafter. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

TERMS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE: The Volunteer agrees to provide services for a period beginning upon the signing of this Agreement and ending when terminated by either Party upon written notice. The Volunteer is available to provide volunteer services on the dates, hours and times specified below. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

TERMINATION: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, the Volunteer agrees to promptly return any and all materials, documents, or property of "Now Know Thyself" in their possession. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

INCIDENT REPORT: The Volunteer agrees to provide written notification to the Organization in the event that an incident takes place while the Volunteer is providing services at an event sponsored by the Organization. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

LIABILITY: The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold the Organization harmless against any damages related to the Volunteer’s activity. Additionally, the Organization shall hold the Volunteer harmless against any damages related to the Volunteer’s service. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Any and all legal proceedings that may arise from this volunteer agreement shall remain in the jurisdiction of the State of Florida. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of this State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. PLEASE INITIAL BELOW

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: Each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. NKT VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

This Volunteer Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between: "Now Know Thyself Spiritual Trust" in partnership and association with Universal Trustee Services, LLC, a licensed Florida Corporation, whose address is: 1036 Dunn Ave Suite 4-271, Jacksonville, FL 32218 and the Party whose first name, last name, complete address is electronically ascribed in this Agreement hereinafter referred to as the "Parties."
