The programming of Afrocentric Self-Hate in the mind of a black child begins at birth. For a child to learn self-hate, the programming subtle and indirect. Start noticing how the cartoons that your children watch, the white Jesus that you will teach him to worship, the white Christmas you will subject him too and the white Walmart filled with black slave employees, the educational system teaching European culture, and the list goes on and on. From that, he will be constantly exposed to repeated negative stereotypes and biased media representations of Afro-Americans.
In grinding out the racism woven into the fabric of American, while the system continues to program Afrocentric minds in the assimilation of white culture, the educational system DOES NOT teach any of our ancient African history. This is racism at the highest level of government. Hence, our children are never given an education that would prove to empower them and their future. Instead, they are killed early by Afro-American parents giving them white Jesus, church, chicken the bible. Over time, religious belief disempowers and aids in the acceptance of their condition and contributes to a child's lowered self-esteem and self-worth.
The educational system in the United States teaches strictly from a Eurocentric paradigm that focus on the history and achievements of their European conquerors while marginalizing Afrocentric culture. Cultural devaluation encourage individuals to suppress or reject their cultural identity to conform to dominant cultural norms leads to internalized feelings of shame about their rich and powerful ancestry. These influences are subtle and cumulative, leading to a gradual erosion of self-esteem and self-worth. Over time, an individual will not even recognize the sources of their negative self-perception, making it challenging to address and overcome these issues. Creating awareness, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and fostering a positive self-image will counteract these negative effects.
Favoring lighter skin tones and Eurocentric beauty standards leads darker skinned sisters to feel less valuable. This practice was initially instituted by the slave masters. They would allow the light skinned African who was a product of his offspring through rape, to work in the "big house" while dark skinned Africans worked in the fields and the heat of the sun. Come join us and be the change for future generations.
Religion is no more than the deification of the culture that created it. So, if the Europeans plagiarized Christianity from the Ethiopian Jews and historical documents clearly establish they did, it should come to no surprise why they and other Africans have been demonized and taught self-hate within the scriptures. Christianity has cornered the market with numerous scriptures promoting African self hate. African believers are not taught these scriptures by Negro sellout preachers. Religion, cloaked with the appearance to provide guidance, support, and a sense of purpose, contributes to self-hate and feelings of inadequacy.
Religious teachings promote cultural superiority intertwined with cultural biases. For instance, the Christian bible identifies the Hebrew Israelites as God's chosen people while demonizing the dark skinned Ethiopian as a cursed and lesser people. Africans have been made inferior due to European dominance and control of the social infrastructure. Belief in a punitive and vengeful deity has lead individuals to constant fear divine punishment for your perceived shortcomings, contributing to self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy. Christianity emphasize original sin, inherent unworthiness, or the concept of being born into a fallen state.
This leads individuals to feel guilty and ashamed of their very nature, further fostering a negative self-image. The Christian bible teaches it's believers to view human nature as inherently sinful, corrupt, unworthy and flawed. This creates a feelings of self-loathing and a constant struggle to suppress one's natural inclinations in a feudal attempt to meet unreachable and unrealistic standards. Christianity emphasize exclusivity and assert that only followers of that specific faith are "chosen" or "saved" leads to feelings of superiority over non-believers and self-doubt among those who don't belong to that faith.
Religious traditions that enforce strict gender roles or teach that certain gender identities are unnatural or sinful can lead to internalized feelings of self-hate and shame among individuals who don't conform to these norms. Please take a moment to reflect how the facts presented in this short summary has affected your well being. We look forward to sharing knowledge that you can immediately apply to your life so that you will know that the God of the Universe is not responsible for putting chains on your true nature.
THE BIBLE IS RIDDLED WITH SCRIPTURES MANIFEST OF AFROCENTRIC SELF-HATE: THE TRUTH IS NOT FOR THE WEAK. The King James Bible and its offspring of the Euro-Gentile Greco-Roman Catholic conquerors bible is riddled with European racist scriptures throughout the canonized passages. The "Flat Nose" scripture in the above passage is not referring to the Europeans that's for sure. Through "Willful Blindness" and confirmation bias, my beautiful Afrocentric brothers and sisters, including those with flat noses will find justification and default to the belief that it is an external god who inspired man to write such hideous and racist propaganda - and put it in a book. And then we wonder why our children are so messed up!
The video to the right is the Clark Doll Test that underscores the early programming of black childhood Self-Hate being subconsciously programmed into our children in the same manner they get programmed and indoctrinated into the Greco-Roman Catholics religion of Christianity. I'm sure many of my Afrocentric parents have never even seen this video and if you have, you have denied that your child has not been programmed to hate his or her skin color. What you must realize is that your black child is being raised in a European controlled society and is getting 99.9% of his or her information dominated from a Eurocentric culture. I challenge you to do the test on you child (ages 3-7) for yourself, and see what the results are, you may be surprised. Having this awareness is in no way racist.

European Christianity Teaches Afrocentric Self-Hate
There is a documentary titled "Bound: African vs. African American" with actor Isiah Washington done in 2015. It underscores the divide between the African and Afro-American in three primary ways. The African knows the origin of his mother land, the Afro-American does not. The African knows the origin of his Mother tongue, the Afro-American does not. The African can chose to remain in his Mother Land connected to the rich Spiritually of our ancestors, Afro-American descendants cannot. Additionally it discloses how African and Afro-Americans see each other in a negative light due to colonized European propaganda. Doing my in-depth research regarding our story helped me learn what my personal struggle was in being taught the the slave master's Christianity. The United States so called black people are currently identified as African American or Black as the politically correct terms. In any case, until we are willing to begin the process of reclaiming the rich origin of our African ancestral roots, the title Negro or Nigger remains most befitting. The King James Version of your Christian bible states at Leviticus 21:18: “For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous." The Christian Bible provides a treasure trove of racist scriptures directed towards Afro-American self-hate often targeting the Ethiopian. Rightfully so. In my research of the origins of Christianity I discovered it was the Ethiopians and not the Europeans that founded Christianity. The European conquerors plagiarized and repackaged the spiritual teachings of the Ethiopians and the Egyptians and added negative scriptures to demonized the Ethiopians in the process. One must keep in mind, "He who controls the written page controls the thinking of the age." Professor Ray Hagins

There is no question my Afrocentric sisters and brothers have been whitewashed, brainwashed, colonized and converted to a religion called Christianity whose subliminal teachings include white superiority and black inferiority resulting in Self-Hate. In the process of colonizing our ancestors, we were taught to hate ourselves and the origins of our culture. I can remember as a little boy constantly watching the negative images of Africa on TV. These images were always of naked famished snotty nosed children with swollen stomachs and flies flying around their faces.Over the years, advertising campaigns frequently promoted these stereotypes and racially insensitive images. A famous white female actress would be asking the viewers send money to help these poor starving African children and their families. White Christian missionaries contribute heavily to African self-hate in the same manner. Self hate began with the Europeans colonization of Africans to the so called Negro. The Afro-American functioning from Self-Hate frowns upon the so called black man seeking an awareness of themselves and their true African history.Afro-American women bleach their hair blond, wear blond clips and wigs, wear long fake hair down to their ass and bleach their skin in lieu of embracing the essence of their natural Afrocentric beauty.
White images of beauty continue to dominate media airways offering an occasional token mixed-race Afro-American woman as the poster child for black beauty. Alternatively, a true Ebony Queen will often end up selling out to being whitewashed and transformed wherein her Afrocentric beauty is suppressed and dominated with white interprations of beauty. I call it the "New Black Face" without the black and white paint only. As a by product of being conquered, captured and colonized, dehumanization of our African ancestors with the use of Christianity has taken a toll on preceding generations. The lingering effects of European colonization and control of African American social infrastructure has lead to white superiority being subconsciously implanted our offspring. This fact was fully exposed in the Clark Doll Experiment which examined the psychological effects of segregation and racism on young children, particularly their self-perception and feelings about race. A significant number of the African American children preferred the white doll over the brown doll. They also attributed positive characteristics to the white doll and negative characteristics to the brown doll. When asked to identify which doll looked like them, some children pointed to the white doll or hesitated to make a choice. Results of the Clark Doll Experiment continues to plague the subconscious effects of my people to this very day.

RELIGION CONTROLS THE THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS AND BEHAVIOR OF THE BELIEVER WITH IGNORANCE: Have you ever heard the quote, "If you can control a man's thinking, you do not have to worry about his actions." Carter G. Woodson: Religions requires the believer to remain ignorant about the biblical text while at the same time controlling their emotions. Religion controls and suppresses thought outside religious belief. Most Christians don't know that religion was created by governmental councils of old to control the behavior of the poor and uneducated, which were the masses. Religion requires the believer seek OUTSIDE THE SELF in search of an unidentifiable deity. This deity must be worshipped in order for the believer to receive salvation. Like governments, religion punishes the believer if he fails to follow its doctrines with strict compliance. Religion is an accepted for of cultism of organized beliefs, practices, rituals, and moral codes that centered around a particular deity or deities. It involves a structured system of worship, a community of followers, and established religious institutions. Religions usually have sacred texts, scriptures (contrived from letters), and teachings that guide the beliefs and practices of their adherents.
The origin of our ancient African ancestors is one of spirituality and not religion. Although Africans are a part of the same human family as the Europeans, our approach the resolution to problems is as different as night and day. It's like comparing a Gorilla to a Chimpanzee. In a nutshell, Religious ideology is wholly subjective and operates from a philosophical and analytical paradigm. It induces the believer look outside themselves for a deity and to put the responsibility for their actions on someone else. To the contrary, Spirituality aligns with the the God of the Universe and Mother Earth allowing you connect with divine energy. Just think with me for one moment. Why are melinated indigenous people throughout the diaspora so rhythmic? Because our very nature is Spiritual.

SPIRITUALITY MODULATES IN CONSCIOUSNESS WHERE GOD IS MANIFEST: Spirituality is a personal concept that focuses on the inner experience and connection to inner self. It does not adhere to religious doctrines, dogma or organized practices. Spiritual vessels seek a deeper understanding of themselves, their purpose in life, and their connection to the universe or a higher power. Spirituality involves exploring questions of meaning, inner peace, personal growth, and transcendence. People find spirituality through meditation, contemplation, mindfulness, nature, art, or other personal experiences. Because Spirituality involves personal self discovery and discernment, it cannot be practiced in religion.
SPIRITUALITY IS NOT DIVESTED OF RELIGION: Spirituality is not soulical but wholly a personal experience that DOES NOT convert to group thought. To share your personal enlightenment, divine awakening or vision with the intent to influence, promote or convince other individuals that what you experienced somehow applies to their life and commands they act a certain way, converts Spirituality to religion. Whatever you may have experienced is divine intervention and a metaphor for your life, and yours alone. It does not however, apply to the 8 billion plus other sentient beings of different ethnicities, personal experiences, sex, nationality and like characteristics having their own unique spiritual experience.
Just as your spiritual experience can only be divested in the innerself not to be professed or monetized like religion, so is your belief in that experience. In essence, your belief is derived from your spiritual experience manifest of your god conscious. Prayer was once a spiritual practice seeking within but has been perverted to a corporate practice in the religious realm.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION. As you can see, the difference between Religion and Spirituality is easily distinguishable as night and day. Unfortunately, Christians and other religious cults often confuse or commingle the the terms as if they are synonymous. No one has ever been killed or doomed to hell for all eternity in the name of Spirituality. We cannot say the same for religion. What is the difference between Religion and Spirituality. Religion keeps us from seeing ourselves as a manifestation of God just as a wave is the extension of the ocean. Moving beyond religion leads to the greatest Freedom we can ever know: the Freedom to Live our True Nature and be who we truly are - sentient beings knowing love and compassion. Religion is often about who's in and who's out, creating a divisive worldview of "Us against Them." Spirituality rejects this dualism in the know that they are Us and we are Them.
Religion is a man-made device with its foundation of loyalty to the institution, clergy and religious doctrine. Spirituality is about self reflection and humility the allowing the energy of love and compassion flow back into universal consciousness. Religions profess god as an external deity to be worshipped. Spirituality teaches us how to be or become godly. The two will always be polar opposites in the same manner as belief and knowledge. More people have been killed in the name of religious belief than for any other cause in history. That is not so with Spirituality. It's like the difference between Weed and Alcohol. People who smoke weed don't get into fights or car accidents and kill other people like alcohol. There is great and valuable knowledge and information in many of the ancient text. I naturally navigate to Spirituality because it aligns with the personal relationship and knowing I have with consciousness and the God of the Universe. Unfortunately, because all religions are structured in the same manner as governments, you are taught not to exercise your direct connection to the Creator, but to go through pastors, rabbis and clergy which rely on a monetary system for support making it vulnerable to greed and quest for power by its leaders.
